Check in/Start date: Sunday 19 November - The retreat will commence with a welcome treat followed by evening practice on Sunday.
Check out/Last date: Saturday 25 November - The retreat will be wrapped up with morning practice followed by breakfast.
About the event
We will have two yoga practices daily and access to the gym and sports facilities at the stunning Komune Beach Resort overlooking the ocean. Morning Flow Practice in the beach shala will be held every morning from 8:00 am-9:00 am, Monday to Saturday, followed by breakfast. The evening Yin/ Restorative practice is from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm every evening from Sunday to Friday.
You will have plenty of time to explore Bali between and around the daily yoga schedule. Enjoy lovely, healthy meals at the resort and pamper yourself with a massage or beauty treatments at the Komune spa. Or enjoy the ocean view from the resort pool while sipping your favorite drink or cup of coffee. You have direct access to the walks on the beach and use of the facilities at the health club.
Explore Bali according to your interests, from surfing and mountain biking to temples and ceramic classes to snorkeling trips or hiking at Mount Batur. You name it! It's your holiday and experience.
WHAT TO BRING
Hotel Komune is well-equipped with yoga props. However, if you like, bring a yoga mat and two tennis balls with you, as we will use them for myofascial release practices. If you feel like doing the Mount Batur sunrise hike, please bring suitable shoes and warmer layers, as it's a bit cooler on higher grounds and early hours in the morning. If you are an intermediate to experienced surfer, this is the spot! We are located right in front of the world-class Keramas surf break., which is offering a thick-lipped heavy right-hander with a fast-breaking barrel section. So grab your surfboard indeed!

Welcome treat on the first retreat day.

Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner is included, with a large selection to choose from (filtered water, Bali teas and basic juices or a coconut is included with the meals).

Accommodation is included for six nights in the chosen room option. You can sign up to share a Twin-Shared Resort Room with someone else. Or, if you prefer to have a space to yourself or there is no person to share the room, a single supplement of USD 450 per person will be added to the room price.

Access to Hotel’s Health Club wellness area.

12 x Yoga sessions with a certified yoga instructor.

With additional costs, there are a lot of activities organized by the Komune Hotel, such as white water rafting, a ceramics course, a Nusa Lembongan Day Trip Snorkel with Manta Rays, a Waterfall Tour, an Ubud Shopping Tour, a Surfing Lesson, Snorkeling, Sunrise Mount Batur Hike, Horse Riding, Elephant Riding Under the Stars, Visit to Balinese Healer, Bali Treetop High Ropes Course, Bali Swing, Cooking Class (onsite and Ubud), Balinese Blessing and many more.
