Meet Liisa

I am originally from Finland, but I have traveled wide and far. I have lived, studied, and worked in England, Australia, and Canada for over a decade.

I have been working with myself at least for a decade, trying to master the best version of myself. I love mountain biking, yoga, and exploring human life. I am fascinated by the human body's intelligence, the power of the mind, and our existence as a whole living being, which has driven me to study physiology, psychology, and coaching sciences.

Yoga and meditation have always been my way to seek balance. In contrast, when I had a full-time career in marketing and business development, but also to maintain the well-being of the body and the mind, yet to prevent injuries when I was a professional ski- and bike park patroller in Canada. This is all that thrives and empowers me.

So far, it has been an epic yet wild ride of life. I have hit the rocks face first, literally in Mountain biking, but metaphorically in life too. I have struggled financially and mentally and almost lost my physical health by burning myself out. Yet I have been living and breathing with every cell of my being and loving life. Faith for a better future and gratitude for all my life experiences have been the most significant resource to keep me resilient in sports and life, both mentally and physically.

Often the most significant thing holding us back from success in any area of life is ourselves and our disbelieves of the self. Over the years, I have hogged self-help books, studied psychology, and participated in different courses, workshops, healing, and training modalities all over the world, in-person and online. I have also been through psychotherapy for a couple of years and healed myself piece by piece. It has taken the time and a lot of inner work. Slowly but surely, I have gotten to know myself inside out and learned how powerful our mind is and how we can use it as catalyzation for successfully reaching our life goals.

"This is why I am here to help you so that you can take a shortcut and avoid some of the biggest pitfalls on your path!"
