Strenght, Movement, Recovery and Mindset Training

Liisa Laine is a passionate yoga instructor, mental coach, and lifelong adventurer dedicated to helping athletes and sport enthusiast move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best. Her mission is to support others in building strength, resilience, and sustainable performance through her expertise in movement, mobility, and mindset training.

Liisa approaches yoga as a practical, evidence-informed way to support whole-person wellbeing. Her coaching begins with the physical body, improving mobility, strength, joint integrity, and functional movement patterns. From there, the practice expands into the mental and emotional domains by using breath-work, mindful attention, and interoceptive awareness to regulate the nervous system and build resilience.

Her goal is to help athletes and sports enthusiast develop a practical understanding of how movement, breath, and focused awareness influence physiological processes such as stress response, mood regulation, and overall wellbeing. This supports a more integrated state where thoughts, emotions, and actions are guided by clarity rather than reactivity.​ Her teaching blends traditional yoga principles with modern knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nervous system science. The result is an accessible, grounded, and holistic approach that helps students cultivate both physical integrity and inner stability.
